Mornings. They can either start off good or bad. What do you choose?

Obviously, you want to wake up in a good mood, but are you making the intention to do so?

Somedays we wake up refreshed, feeling good, and ready for the day. On other days we get the complete opposite. Groggy, irritated, and the urge to just stay in bed all day.

We call this waking up on the wrong side of the bed. But how can we wake up on the RIGHT side of the bed every day? Follow along because we got the tips for you!

  • Don’t set your alarm. Seriously, who needs it? At least on your days off.
  • Don’t rush out of bed. Whatever it is, it can wait 5 minutes.
  • Arrange for someone to make you breakfast in bed. Hit up your boo.
  • No sounds for at least 15 minutes when you wake up. Is talking really necessary early in the morning?
  • Go to sleep early. That late-night show can wait.
  • No late-night snacks! No weight gain and good sleep? Look, we’re just trying to help.
  • Prepare your day the night before. Better to wake up prepared than running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
  • Stay off social media before bed. That juicy gossip can wait ‘til the morning.
  • Read a motivational quote once you awake. Start your day on a positive note!
  • Take a morning shower. Need I say more?
