Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs. Stir in pumpkin puree and sweetened condensed milk, mixing well. Pour ingredients into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue to bake for another 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool for 2 hours and boom, you’re done!
