It’s true, there’s not much better than cracking open a cold brewski after a long day. It’s almost torturous waiting for the head of the beer to slowly fizz away. Let’s end the days of bad beer pours! We are going to give you the best tips so you can enjoy your beer without the wait.

Using a newly cleaned glass is a huge step.

If the glass has any residue, your beer is more likely to foam and taste bitter.

Tilting the glass is a must!

Give the glass a 40-45 degree tilt. The beer sliding down the glass will allow for a smooth taste and lessen the chances of foam developing.

Pour in the center of the glass.

This allows for an optimum pour. You will be able to better measure the fullness of your beverage.

Level the glass when two-thirds full.

By leveling the glass before you are done pouring the beer, it will give you a nice head on the beer without any overflow or excess beer!

Sip and enjoy! If you find yourself in Missouri, we’ve picked our favorite breweries to stop in and sample. Check them out!
