So many household items have more than one specific use, so let’s get creative! Here is a list of things around the house you can repurpose.
- Egg cartons can do so much more than holding your premade omelets. You can try using them as a place to store and organize nuts and bolts or start a small herb garden.
- If you like to hit snooze in the morning then this is the hack for you. Putting newspaper over your windshield will protect it from frost. Simply remove it and be on your way! Another great way to repurpose a newspaper is to stuff it in your shoes and the newspaper will absorb unwanted scents.
- Looking to step up your weekend travel game? Try using old pill bottles to make travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion!
- If you’re thinking about spicing up your house this spring get some old wine bottles, soak the labels so they can be easily removed, and put some flowers in there! Tada!
- Constant clutter from tangled cords can be a pain and a real eyesore. Old bread tags can be used to clip together cords behind your desk or TV.
