Alright, you suffered through the blistering cold winter and the rainy spring that followed, so now we are in the most anticipated season: SUMMER! For most, now’s the time to get outside, breathe that fresh air, and enjoy the warmth. But for some, the summer means one month of reasonable weather followed by 2 months where it’s too hot to even be outside for 10 minutes. What do you do then? Even though it’s too hot out now, it shouldn’t dampen your adventurous spirit!

Gather up your neighbors and have a pit stop party.

Each house you stop by is a different meal (drinks, appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert, post-dinner cocktail). It’s a great way to try a new recipe or two without having the stress of putting together a whole meal!

Go to a karaoke bar and sing your heart out.

Break out that song you sing in the shower for everyone to hear.

Learn how to dance a new dance (anything from the electric slide to the mashed potato will do!)

You never know when you might need to steal the dance floor at a wedding or birthday party.
